Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Digital to lead and align strategic marketing initiatives that result in effective brand, promotional and product marketing plans that expand brand relevance, create engagement, increase consideration, and drive sales.

The ideal candidate for this role is a digital marketing expert with a proven track record of success in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across various channels. They thrive in collaboration, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and possess strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. Additionally, they leverage data insights to inform strategy, embrace change and innovation, and advocate for the implementation of the latest digital marketing trends.

Highlights of your role

* Consult with marketing partners to understand their marketing objectives and translate into impactful digital marketing strategies and plans. Lead discussions on digital best practices, campaign planning and capabilities. Analyze the performance of activity and recommend optimizations to help realize business goals.

* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaign plans, working with cross-functional teams on audience identification, channel mix recommendations, asset planning, and successful metric tracking.

* Lead and manage paid search strategy and execution in collaboration with a third-party agency overseeing all paid search campaigns for brand, go to market, and awareness campaigns. Collaborate with other business units within the enterprise on paid activity to prevent overlap.

* Manage digital marketing projects across cross-functional teams including product, brand marketing, creative, and centralized digital teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

* Manage and streamline information flow across product marketing, content, creative, and centralized digital teams to execute integrated cross-channel campaigns.

* Partner with product and brand marketing teams to define digital customer journeys and oversee creation of campaign assets.

* Own communication of cross-channel digital marketing strategies, oversee execution, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide data driven KPI summaries (post-launch) to optimize performance and measure success.

* Leverage data insights to connect analytics to execution, challenge the status quo, and advocate for implementing emerging digital capabilities to increase brand awareness.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution (preferred).

* 1-2 years of experience with Search and SEM.

* Undergraduate degree in marketing, analytics, or related field.

* Expert in gathering and analyzing data from various platforms (including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and dashboards in Data Studio) to identify trends and opportunities, form the basis for detailed insights and smart digital recommendations.

* Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading project management.

* Experience in working with technical team members (i.e. product owners and developers) to execute digital projects and campaigns.

* Must be able to self-direct own activities utilizing effective time management and planning skills.

* Strong leadership and consensus-building skills, coupled with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

* Demonstrates a curiosity for, and an ability to, rapidly learn new concepts and acquire new skills.
