Job Description

The ESG Program Manager is responsible for driving the execution of Restaurant Technologies' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This role will report into the General Counsel and is responsible for the ongoing management and execution of all ESG-focused reporting as well as working with the ESG Committee and Diversity Advisory Team (DAT) to develop and execute ESG and DEI initiatives and communication efforts. You will update key stakeholders on progress toward goals and leverage data to tell the story. This position will play a critical role in reaching our ESG performance goals and the promotion of inclusivity and social responsibility at Restaurant Technologies.

Location: fully remote, MUST live in the continental US. Unfortunately, there is not visa sponsorship available at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

ESG and DEI Program Management and Execution

  • Partner with ESG Committee, the DAT, and Leadership to understand and communicate ESG and DEI strategies and how they align to business goals and objectives.
  • Work cross functionally to drive execution of ESG and DEI initiatives.
    • Sustainability: drive initiatives that minimize the organization's ecological footprint and execute strategic sustainability projects.
    • Social Responsibility & Governance: support development of social responsibility policies and governance structures that reflect the highest of ethical standards.
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: support the implementation of data driven DEI strategies that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture and talent acquisition best practices.
  • ESG and DEI Reporting
    • Ensure reporting standards meet global best practices (e.g., GRI, SASB) and stakeholder expectations.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that tell a story and help drive decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Regularly track emerging ESG and DEI trends and global best practices and their impact on current company initiatives to make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of ESG program management or related experience
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations including California, and ESG data platforms
  • Proven success in driving the execution of ESG and DEI Strategies
  • Experience with Data and Reporting and ability to connect data insights to related initiatives
  • Strong project Management skills and experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships and earn trust across all levels of a business
  • Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to the long-term sustainability and social progress
