Bongards Premium Cheese is looking for a dedicated, dynamic and experienced individual to perform as a Robotic Palletizer in our Warehouse.

Job duties:

  • To be able to independently set up, change over, trouble shoot, and run the robotic palletizer.
  • Operating a forklift, including being able to move all needed materials from one area to another and putting away finished products in proper locations.
  • Communicating with the Slice, Loaf, Shred and Warehouse personnel.
  • Accurately record all needed information on appropriate forms.
  • Ensure that all product codes on cases are correct.
  • To work in a safe and proficient manner.
  • To communicate with both the previous and next shift about any pertinent issues of the day.
  • To perform sanitation duties as assigned to keep area neat and orderly.
  • Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement
  • All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.


Other requirements:

  • Must demonstrate a commitment to Safety, GMP's, and all other company policies.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Able to work independently on all aspects of the job.
  • Able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Physical Capabilities:

  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to frequently handle up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to spend extended periods of time standing.
