Wurth Revcar Fasteners, Inc., a division of the Wurth Group, is seeking a Processing Administrator for their Roanoke, VA HQ.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Processing Administrator is primarily responsible for maintaining the Vendor Managed Inventory programs and their associated data for each location, which requires system maintenance, invoice processing, and system troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Maintain the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs for all locations.
  • Create new VMI contracts and update pricing, MCQs, EAU's, and PO numbers in our Prophet (P21) system.
  • Maintain bin and PO data for VMI programs in our Kanban Management System.
  • Ensure VMI scan quantities comply with pack size requirements.
  • Support Inside Sales by creating Contract Maintenance requests and troubleshooting any associated issues or questions related to VMI programs.
  • Verify accuracy and obtain required signatures for Contract Addendums and Attachment A documents.
  • Organize and maintain all documents associated with VMI programs.
  • Generate contract labels for warehouse use and implementation when necessary.
  • Manage users for the Kanban Management System.
  • Assist scan techs and inside sales representatives with failed scan imports and items.
  • Process RMAs (credits and rebills).
  • Invoice shipments, including International, Standard, and Special Types.
  • Resolve allocation issues in P21 by rebuilding parts as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree in business or related discipline preferred
  • Two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience using ERP; supply chain or industrial distribution background
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
