General Description:
The HRL Travel Coordinator is a non-commission based role, working within set parameters to direct domestic and international travel accommodations. The primary function of this role is to handle air, hotel, and rental car transportation along with expense reporting. In addition to travel, this role will also be coordinating with our accounting department with reconciling travel expenses into reports. You should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking. To be a strong candidate for the Travel and Expense Coordinator position, you should possess an understanding of travel reservations and systems. Concur experience would be a plus. You should be a collaborative person, receptive to feedback, and able to handle fluctuating timelines while being detail oriented.

Essential Duties:
Use the HRL travel system to arrange requested transportation specifications air, hotel, and rental cars
Follow up with travelers to collect receipts, reconcile credit card statements, code expenses to the general ledger and calculate traveler reimbursement
Follow mandated protocols with permissions and exceptions
Ensure updated database of travelers and complete profiles as needed
Communicate international travel procedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements
Coordinate with other departments for international travelers
Imparts international travel information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate
Handle confidential information with integrity

Required Skills:
Have a minimum of 2- 3 years' experience coordinating travel and processing expense reports
Government travel reservation and expense reporting experience is preferred
Ability to create multi-segmented, multi-destination international itineraries
Strong understanding of travel reservation systems, like SAP Concur
Self-motivated and strong analytical skills

Required Education:
Must have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Hospitality, Liberal Arts, or Economics/Finance)

Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and climb stairs to access all site location

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $29.22 - $35.63 per hour + bonus + benefits.
