Through safe, affordable housing and innovative supportive programming, Solid Ground helps families transition to a higher-level of self-sufficiency and break the cycle of homelessness and poverty for the next generation.

Wages and Benefits

SCHEDULE
This position is located in an office setting and works during normal business hours. This position also may include transporting clients using a personal vehicle.
A Typical Day in the Life...
A typical day as Solid Ground's East Metro Place Housing Navigator provides an opportunity to support families during their transition out of our Transitional Housing Program and, depending on circumstances, families in our Permanent Supportive Housing Program.
