Job Description

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for sales of the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) solution to Public Sector accounts (State, Local, Federal). The Senior Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent sales pursuit plans.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Generate 5x pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling complex enterprise software systems.
  • Experience selling WFM solutions.
  • Previous experience selling to Public Sector accounts (State, Local, Federal)
  • Previous experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships.
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
  • Ability to travel 50%.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Locations: Remote Based (Dallas, TX; St Paul, MN; Alpharetta, GA)
