Join our growing team of Syracuse, NY Direct Marketing Associates!
Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. We are looking for Direct Marketing Associates in the Syracuse, NY area!
Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?
This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Your hourly rate will be $18/hr + BONUSES. The best part is that our team gets paid every week! On average, our employees make $22/hr. This team works Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm (subject to change seasonally). There are breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

As a Direct Marketing Associate, you'll be at the frontline of our Neighborhood Marketing Program, being a difference maker while enjoying great benefits. This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uncover Opportunities: Knock on 120 doors daily in targeted areas, identifying homeowners' needs and introducing them to Renewal by Andersen's exceptional products and offers.
- Continuous Learning: Master our sales scripts and statements to build rapport and influence homeowners effectively. Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on our products, services, and software systems.
- Strategic Scheduling: Utilize our advanced CRM system to collect homeowner information and schedule in-home consultations. Confidently answer questions, address objections, and meet daily goals set by our dynamic Marketing Department.
- Community Engagement: Attend on and off-premises meetings, connecting with like-minded individuals and contributing to the vibrant culture of Renewal by Andersen of CNY.
- Exceed Expectations: Consistently surpass daily and weekly quotas, showcasing your dedication and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to navigate to and from work
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
