Franklin Templeton Companies LLC seeks a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, Technical Support in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, Technical Support?

Analyze infrastructure programs, systems, networks, platforms, processes, and financial areas.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Requires a Master's degree in Information Technology or related or equivalent and three (3) years of experience providing infrastructure and technical support within the financial services industry.

Prior experience must include the below skills/tools:

Three (3) years of experience:

  • Performing information gathering, trend analysis, variance analysis and report generation;

  • Analyzing performance, financial and trend data and providing recommendations based on projected savings, financial alternative solutions, and increased efficiency from proposed IT procedures and systems;

  • Providing technical support for trading and investment management technologies and for acquisitions and integration of companies;

  • Ordering and maintaining an inventory of IT assets and coordinating IT assets in office moves and user restacks;

  • Developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support on operating systems, applications, mobile devices, new technologies and communications infrastructure;

  • Managing ticketing queues to ensure issues are prioritized and actioned; and

  • In performing duties, utilizing Endpoint, Intune, BeyondTrust, Charles River and ServiceNow. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $110,000 - $111,800 USD / year.
