Kemps LLC.; located in Brainerd OR St. Cloud, Minnesota - a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is looking for route/delivery drivers - we require a Class A CDL certification to deliver our delicious products to our loyal customers. Route Driver: $30.15 + $6,000 sign on bonus

PLUS Excellent Benefit Package, w/Premium Benefits at a low cost: Pick from Single-$18.32 per week or Family-$35.21 per week, with 401k contribution of $143 per week and all you have to contribute is 2%

Relief Driver's are issued a company car to transport to relief locations and per-diem for any overnight visits.

**Perfect candidate can be located in either St. Cloud, MN or Brainerd, MN

Typical Hours and Days: Four days per week, plus drive time. Start time and days worked depend on the needs of the customer OR which route is being covered/worked. Work shift typically 10-12 hours.

General Purpose:

Passionately deliver Kemps products to customers with integrity and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Functions:

- Drive daily delivery routes and deliver ordered product.

- Push/pull heavy carts, unload pallets and carts using manual or power equipment.

- Must be able to complete all types of company and DOT compliant paperwork -- for example and not limited to: invoices, credit memos, accurate time/mileage tracking, etc.

- Incumbent must be punctual, self-motivated, able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

- Incumbent must be able to operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

- Must be able to work in all types of in climate weather conditions.

Kemps LLC offers a competitive pay including health, dental, vision, sick and vacation. This Driver position will operate tractor trailer to deliver Kemps products in Minnesota.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• two-year related experience preferred
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55+ pounds

Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
