Our Meeting & Shows team is seeking an Associate Creative Director.

Generally new to the business, the Associate Creative Director (ACD) position is intended to serve as a support system to Senior Creative Directors (SRCDs) and Creative Directors (CDs). By project managing creative, attending calls, brainstorming, engaging with creative senior and support staff internally or externally, the ACD can begin to learn the intricacies of the meetings & shows field and eventually creative direct smaller shows of his/her own.

The ACD will perform the following:

• Attend calls with the SRCD and or CD and taking notes as it relates to creative
• Reach out to internal or external partners with direction from SRCDs / CDs for client updates and or needs
• Set up meetings for SRCDs / CDs with internal and external partners
• Manage creative related timelines for keeping SRCDs / CDs on task
• Interface with the client (as needed) in person or through electronic communications
• File sharing and organizing
• Update a playbook of each show as it develops (current status of components, designs, scripts, etc.)
• Anticipate next moves for the creative development process (as well as SRCDs and CDs) and proactively make the necessary arrangements to keep the creative process moving and on task.
• Attend shows on-site and assist SRCDs / CDs as needed (if budget allows)

Creative development:

• Research for SRCDs / CDs (brand, social, strategies, events, etc.)
• Creative brainstorming and idea generation
• Assistance with PPT deck development and copy proofing for proposals
• Design (if able) for proposals
• Script writing (if assigned by SRCD / CD)
• Photo / video searches (stock, Google images) for RFPs or proposal decks
• Recap PPT decks as a brief overview of each project for M&S marketing
• Creative Award Submissions
