Role Summary
The Client Management (US) Security Officer will lead client assurance for government clients and delivering a range of services. They will report to the Information Security Client Management Manager; they will assist in managing the Information Security Client Management team, consisting of up to 5 other staff. They will contribute to all the aspects of the team's services as appropriate to demand, workload, skills and experience.

Certification
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
5+ years of relevant experience, or similar (audit services or consultancy).
Managed central functional role or engaged in consulting in a relevant specialism.
Background in client-facing role, client audits, responding to client's audits, client assessment/questionnaires, etc...
Knowledge of renewing client contracts.
Security policy and standards development.
Education and awareness campaigns.
Measurement of awareness and change.
Other Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent presentational skills (Microsoft Office).
Experience of delivering against similar accountabilities with global impact in an organization of similar scale and complexity as EQ.
Ability and motivation to work with parties inside and outside the security community through a cooperative, interactive, trustful and respectful approach.
A "doer" to drive relevant activities.
Proven track record of development, maintenance and distribution of policies and standards.
Broad general knowledge of good information security practice
Track record of dealing with external expert suppliers in education and communications fields.
Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000
