Job Description

Mary T. is currently searching for a Nurse Supervisor for our Supportive Living department. This is a wonderful opportunity to ensure safe health care is provided to our individuals served. You will be in charge of managing and supervising our practice of nursing by conducting performance appraisals and feedback for our nursing staff. You will have a strong voice in advocating for our clients and the appropriate staff necessary to provide the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On call nursing program management
  • Nursing policy and procedure management
  • Infection control and TB program oversight
  • Provision of training by designing and implementing teaching plans based on patient need
  • Placement screening of people served
  • Development of Integrated Care plans
  • Evaluations and implementation of interventions

Basic Qualifications:

AS Degree from an approved nursing program

Active RN license in good standing with the state of Minnesota

2 years of group home nursing experience

Valid drivers license and CPR certificate

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of Nurse Supervisor experience

Infection control certificate
