Brad Osmundson is a Principal Partner, Chief Legal Counsel, and Director of Real Estate Transactions and Mortgage Conversions for ONWARD, LLC. Brad brings almost thirty years of general, design-build, development and transactional legal experience to the ONWARD team.
 

Ron Sweet

Managing Director – Capital Markets

Ron’s primary role is capital procurement for commercial real estate investment opportunities at Onward.  His responsibilities include identifying and solidifying equity for capital needs at the entity level and on a programmatic or co-investment level, as well as developing a dedicated investment fund for discretionary investment opportunities at the project level.
 

Stephanie Lunde

Director – Note Acquisitions & Special Servicing

Stephanie has extensive experience in the servicing and collection of under-performing and non-performing real estate loans.  She has directed the asset management and loan workout of loans with an aggregate principal balance of over $2.5 billion.
 

Scott Schmitt

Director – Acquisitions & Development

In his more than twenty year commercial real estate career, Scott Schmitt has been involved in all aspects of the development process including market analysis, leasing, acquisitions, financing, site planning, municipal approvals, design and construction.  Scott plays a lead role at Onward Investors in the asset acquisition and development function.  Scott is responsible for identifying opportunities in target markets and directing the acquisition and development process.
