Integra Home Health Care offers in-home non-medical Personal Care services and professional Skilled Nursing services to all communities throughout the greater Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding area. Integra Home Health Care is owned and operated by Dimitriy and Olga Papkova, two RNs and proud graduates of Metropolitan State University in  Minnesota.

Dimitriy and Olga saw the need for Home Care services which was the beginning of Integra in 2003. Integra Home Health Care has grown to a team of compassionate, dedicated care givers providing high quality care.  We provide daily care as well as relief for families who dedicate their time and energy to care for a loved one.

Our Name

The inspiration for the name INTEGRA came from the word: in•te•grate which means to put or bring (parts) together into a whole or unify.* At INTEGRA, we bring together: our professional knowledge, our expertise, our full spectrum of nursing care and skills, and most of all, our dedicated hearts so we could better serve you
