Grandma's Place is a strength-based Waivered Service Program with lisensed and managed facilities in Hennepin and Wright County. We provide housing with services for individuals with mental illness, developmental delay, and brain injury. Grandma's Place strives to provide individual programs that increases independence through effective on-site learning opportunities. Our clients strive to be the best they can be by using appropriate strategies and steps to become active participants in their community. Grandma's Place provides an umbrella of protection with guidance and direction from staff to allow clients to make healthy choices and improve life skills.

To create and maintain a strength-based program to provide creative learning opportunities for persons with neuro-challenges to become independent, learn to self-advocate and become involved in their community.
