Are you looking for an opportunity to grow? Are you tired of seasonal work? Mr. Rogers Windows is seeking experienced residential replacement Window and Door Crew Leaders to join our Chesapeake Team. We offer competitive pay, benefits, profit sharing, year round work and overtime. This is a career path with advancement opportunities. So come join our winning team. Starting Salary is $20- $30 per Hour. Plus bonus program of $800- $1,000 per month. Requirements: Experience in setting windows and doors Experience leading a crew caulking interior trim Able to climb a ladder carrying a 30-40 pound window Operating a Metal Brake Valid driver's license Good DMV record This is not an entry level position Mr. Rogers Windows provides the following benefits for this Full Time Position: Health Insurance Dental Vision Aflac Life Insurance 401k with match Paid Time Off Profit Sharing Uniforms and Footwear reimbursement Year round work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based upon our "Hand on" interview process.
