The STS Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for managing as well as assisting with retirement plan and consulting projects for clients, encompassing defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, plan design, implementation, IRS and DOL corrections, and government reporting. The focus of the position is on supporting and managing retirement plan annual administration and compliance projects.
