The Position:

This position is responsible for managing the overall operations of the home location including, but not limited to, daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training and budgeting. Responsibilities include:

• Manages 2 Residential Service Coordinators (RSCs) and several Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Completes documentations including: SCOMMs, communication with IDT as needed, and documenting of clients' new medications
• Prepares and completes regular reports including
  
• Completes bi-weekly scheduling of RSC(s) and DSPs and fills open shifts as needed
• Completes on-shift requirements
• Provides supervision and work direction
  
• Completes other duties as assigned that pertain to this position

Schedule:Full time, day time hours. Must have flexibility to cover on weekends.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bachelors Degree in a related field, preferred
  
• Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• The ability to pass a background check through DHS
• A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous supervisory experience in a group home
