Objective/Overview
CUHCC's mission is transforming care and education to advance health equity. The clinic is known for providing high quality care to diverse patients and is moving forward in improving timely access to care for patients. This position will focus on providing financial information, advocacy, connection to resources, and payment collection on site. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask, organize tasks and prioritize. Have high level oral and written communication skills to work with patients, staff, providers and insurance companies. Excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail is a requirement. Preferred experience in working with patients and staff from diverse cultures, languages and backgrounds. Perform to company standards of compliance with policies and procedures.
The working hours are Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 5:30pm, 8 hours a day, and expected to be on-site at CUHCC 100% of the time. MNSure Navigator certification is required within the first 30 days of employment, and this certification will be completed through CUHCC.
Salary starts at $22.85/hr depending on experience.

A negative TB test and Hepatitis B Vaccination are required for this position. MNSure Navigator certification is required within the first 30 days and can be done through CUHCC.
CUHCC serves nearly 11,000 patients a year through over 55,000 visits annually. The patient population comes from over 12 different racial and ethnic groups that span five continents.
