What you will Bring:

  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and continually refine the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with both the company's strategic goals and the evolving needs of the market. This involves identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation in creating sustainable environments and enhancing air quality.
  • Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies within cross-functional teams to ensure rapid, iterative development processes. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to maintain focus, efficiency, and adaptability in product development.
  • Customer Value Focus: Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback and market research to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. This includes a commitment to enhancing the customer experience in line with our mission to deliver an unrivaled experience every day.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure clear communication of product vision, updates, and changes. This involves translating complex technical details into business value and customer benefits.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and analyze product performance against key metrics, leveraging insights to make data-driven decisions that enhance product value and market fit.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Use this knowledge to inform product strategy and maintain our leadership in creating healthy and sustainable environments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, promoting innovation, and conducting regular reviews of processes and outcomes to identify areas for enhancement.

What you will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (Information Systems, Business, Economics or similar is required)
  • 5 years related experience: With Salesforce, B2B E-commerce, Aftermarket Parts, HVAC Field Support
  • 8 Years experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Agile methodologies to lead collaborative efforts with functional and cross-functional product development teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to empower others to grow and deliver results.
  • Ability to develop and mentor junior team members in their development as product owners, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  • Skilled at developing key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and comprehensive reports within Salesforce to drive decision-making processes.
  • Solid knowledge of data systems architecture and applications to facilitate cross-functional communication to achieve targeted outcomes.
