***SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE*** Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team!

Position Summary:

Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet Health Services policy.

Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

Clinic Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm, Saturdays & Sundays 8:00am-5:00pm, Holiday's 8:00am-5:00pm

Work Schedule: Every EOW

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from course of study in nursing resulting in an associate degree, diploma or baccalaureate degree in nursing. One or more years nursing experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
  • Must maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse license.
  • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 2 months of hire.
  • IV skills, EKG skills, Rhythm Strip Interpretation skills.
  • Strong clinical and human relations skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and maintain standards of clinical skills and professional ethics as established by the Nurse Practice Act and Park Nicollet Health Services. Demonstrates knowledge of age related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients
