MAJOR FUNCTION: Manages day to day transactions and maintenance to customer facing inquiries. Assists customers with comprehensive information to solve their problems or assist them in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. Handles customer challenges and provides resolution, brings manager's attention when necessary to ensure that proper and best-in-class service is delivered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalency
EXPERIENCE: Entry levels to experienced; Desire a minimum of 2 years inbound/outbound call experience in a customer service or manufacturing environment
KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
COMPUTER SKILLS: Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Suite), ERP/CRM systems
