Genesis10 and our client is actively recruiting an experienced Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join the Finance practice group. This is a hybrid position which generally calls for 2 days in the office. Can be in any of the following offices: New York, NY; Florham Park, NJ; Philadelphia, PA, Washington D.C.; Indianapolis, IN; Fort Wayne, IN; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO.

Qualifications:
- Our client is seeking candidates with four to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financing would be preferred.
- The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.
- The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they are practicing.
