ABOUT THE JOB

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and improvements of the Specifications, Product Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis
  • JDE Formula, BOM, and Quality Module support. Data entry and set up of new products.
  • Creation and validation of newly generated Product Data Sheets as new products are created.
  • Manage Certificate of Analysis system, (Quality Module and COA APP)
  • Annual specification and COA review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies on documentation.
  • Work across multiple teams, (Sales, Quality, Technical, and Product Data Management) to answer questions and requests for further information on different products, and processes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's of Science in a technical fields, (i.e. Engineering, Chemisty, Biology) required.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance organizations (i.e. FDA, EPA, Dept. of Agriculture, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of chemicals and manufacturing processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must demonstrate active listening, problem solving, and relationship skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to wear and use protective gear as required by safety regulations when touring manufacturing floors. This may include safety glasses, helmets, gloves, and ear protection.
