Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aeon's apartment home communities in Downtown St. Paul, Crane Ordway & Renaissance box. The Maintenance Technician will support all aspects of the physical operations of our apartment communities that includes the responsibility to ensure that Aeon standards are met in each of the following areas: preventative maintenance, general maintenance work orders, safety and security, physical condition, market appeal, customer service promises, and utility conservation standards. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Senior Site Manager.

Compensation, Hours & Location
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Aeon offers an impressive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, paid time off and an employee assistance program. This position offers Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Typical work schedules are 8:30am-5pm, but there is some flexibility in these hours to accommodate the needs of the property and the staff person. Maintenance Technician positions at Aeon have NO ON-CALL! This is an in-person position and will work mostly out of Crane Ordway and Renaissance box. Occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities and other properties will occur from time to time.
