Job Description:

The person in this role is responsible for the development and production of professional consulting services deliverables including:

  • Technology/Maintenance Assessments, Capital Plans, Quotation Review and Analysis, RFP Development, Product Comparisons, and Feasibility Studies.
  • Apply knowledge of and experience in healthcare technology and/or administration to assist Agiliti customers with technology related concerns including facility design and planning, repair versus replace decisions, equipment selection and procurement, and capital planning and budgeting.
  • Serve as department content expert in such areas as imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, moveable medical equipment, healthcare management and hospital finance.
  • Develop customer-oriented tools around medical technology that can be deployed across our customer base in order to streamline the equipment selection and procurement process.
  • May orient, train, assign and check the work of less experienced employees.
  • Perform site-based Maintenance/Technology Assessments.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collect, edit and apply industry information.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to be flexible in work scheduling in order to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to identify skill development areas and take the initiative to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Desire to learn about and to establish self as an expert/resource in product, market, profession or area of expertise.
  • Willingness to share specialized knowledge with others to increase overall effectiveness.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical equipment and/or healthcare finance and/or healthcare administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, biomedical or related field.
  • 5-10 years' experience in healthcare.
