Job Description
Position Summary/Purpose:
Minnwest Insurance Agency is seeking an agent for our Waseca location. The Agency's Agent accountability includes performing and coordinating a variety of insurance operation activities that 1. Serve agency client's best interests and 2. Contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization. Primary duties include providing support to the Market Manager with administrative assignments and representing the agency with superior customer service standards. 
 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of customer service/sales experience
  • Skills: Office products, Microsoft Teams, customer service

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Property & Casualty insurance license prior to hire date with the expectation that the Life & Health licenses will be obtained within three months of hire
  • Agency Management Systems
  • Customer service/sales experience
