: Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a IT Manager at our central hub Eagan, MN. The IT Manager provides network, software, and systems administration for the main office, billing office, sales staff, and branch offices. Technical support and troubleshooting is also provided in-person or remotely as appropriate.

A Day in the Life:

• Systems Administration:
  • Purchase and set up new/replacement PCs; administer NRS Network.
  • Manage software applications, including installation, troubleshooting, and compliance.
  • Administer HR-related, payroll, timeclock, respiratory therapy, and security camera software/systems.
• Security:
  • Administer antivirus/malware software, SonicWall Firewall, email encryption, and password-protected PDFs.
  • Establish and maintain E-Policies, ensuring HIPAA and PCI/DSS compliance.
• Other Duties - Non-IT:
  • Technical Writing: Create instruction manuals for software and PC tasks.
  • Forms: Develop NRS paper forms, form-fillable PDFs, and manage licenses/registrations.
  • Budget: Create and manage IT budget.

Our top candidate is:

• Current state issued driver's license
• Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
• Possess a college degree or equivalent technical certifications
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak and communicate with professionalism and courtesy; ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel
