ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CLIENT GROWTH

Location: Remote

We're an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you canwork from anywherethat works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Phoenix, and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Advertising is undergoing sweeping change. As an Account Director at Marketing Architects, you'll be right in the middle of it.

Our Client Services departmentconsults with a wide range of direct-to-consumer, B2B and retail-focused businesses with a single goal - to help them produce profitable results.

To be successful in this role you'll need to:
  • Be an expert on your clients' business to identify and implement strategies for retention and growth.
  • Align and drive teams internally for all client and executive management presentations, planning and projects.
  • Uphold campaign objectives through the lens of performance and business results.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients and be the go-to person for all internal and external questions and issues.
  • Ensure clients are receiving the highest level of service, value and performance from the agency.
  • Consistently uncover ways to grow the business with novel ideas or facilitating collaboration with agency teams.
  • Possess a personable style with a strength for proactive problem solving.
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Think strategically and analytically.
  • Develop a mastery of MA technology and processes.
  • Tactfully communicate complex information in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned, planned and ideating.
  • Embrace AI as a fast-evolving force in our business and have experience leveraging it as part of your day-to-day process to increase efficiency and work quality.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years marketing, analytical and client services experience in agency or similar corporation.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting trends in data.
  • Proven track record in guiding clients through a creative brief and project.
  • Successful executor of cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple clients to achieve their business objectives.
  • Takes initiative to develop or improve agency processes.
  • Proven track record as a day-to-day driver of client relationships at director/VP level.
