We provide coffee and espresso equipment services for all brands- and provide vital feedback to industry manufacturers.

Position Description

As a Billing Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our billing team end to end to ensure team and company goals/metrics are achieved. As a leader of your team, you are accountable for leading, developing, motivating, and providing appropriate coaching and feedback to team members to maximize engagement within the team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while adhering to company processes, policies, and performance goals. Maintain and approve timekeeping records.
  • Develop team goals for performance, with established timelines, that align with the overall Finance, and SCES goals.
  • Monitor performance against key metrics and provide constructive feedback on a regular basis.
  • Research, analyze and resolve complex Order-to-Cash problems in partnership with internal and external stake holders.
  • Accountable for partnering with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire and onboard new talent. Responsibilities include interviewing, on-boarding, and training of new team members to ensure optimal candidate experience.
  • Provide support to the Billing Manager and other Order to Cash leadership.
  • Build Billing Backlog forecasts as needed to develop plan to close gaps.
  • Lead yourself and others with a growth mindset, strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Build and maintain strong end-to-end partnerships with key stakeholders to drive project resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in billing, credit, collections, AP, or other finance related area.
  • Experience leading or directing a team.
  • Superior interpersonal skills: ability to build strong working relationships with customers, division management, field personnel, peers, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), workflow software, and ad hoc reporting tools and databases.
  • Self-motivated and both detail and process oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management and across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
