Job Purpose:  This position is dedicated to support customer sales and activities, including coordination and dispatch of sales and activities.  Requires excellent customer service, accuracy, thoroughness in documentation, and good organizational skills with a consistent ability to work in a team.  This person must have experience with Twin Cities geography, petroleum experience preferred.

Job Duties:

Dispatching Responsibilities

• Scheduling & dispatching of TT and TW fuel

• Awareness of regulations (see Distribution Manager)

• Sharing after hour and emergency calls with your co-dispatcher

• Scheduling product deliveries

Customer Support Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate orders, changes, and inquiries

• Create fuel tickets and supporting documentation

• Create and maintain new account information, ship to’s, and pricing files

• Support/communication with accounts receivables

• Importing fuel prices

• Creating team pricing notifications

• Answering phones/order processing

• Set up of new account information including ship to’s, tank files, and pricing

• Creating transport tickets

Work Requirements:
Hours

• Flexibility on either end

• After hour responsibilities – alternate weekends, split responsibilities

• Excellent organization skills a must

• Must be able to pass an in-house skills assessment test

• Expedient data entry skills

• Accurate statistical management

• Excellent customer service skills

• Good grammar, voice, and diction

• Excellent communication skills

• Reliable

• Knowledge of Twin Cities geography

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• 2-year Technical School Diploma

• Some experience in the petroleum industry preferred, but not required
