Every day, more than 6,000 employees across six states in more than 40 communities provide passionate care for the aging in Benedictine Health System Participating Organizations. Our employees represent the best of who we are and what we are about by incorporating the Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice into their daily work, making a difference in the lives of patients and residents in our communities.

There are several factors that distinguish BHS from the competition, but first and foremost is our culture, based on our Mission and Core Values, which extends throughout our system and is integrated into the delivery of care at every Participating Organization.

BHS is a Catholic, mission-based, non-profit health system headquartered in Minnesota, sponsored by the Benedictine sisters of St. Scholastica Monastery in Duluth. BHS provides complete long-term care services for aging adults, including independent housing, assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Being part of the Benedictine Health System means not only joining one of the nation’s largest Catholic long-term care providers, but gaining access to wide range of management expertise, skills and experience, innovative thinking, and quality systems based on a Mission and Core Values that have endured more than 1,500 years.

We are looking for dedicated individuals with excellent skills who share our Core Values and commitment to providing compassionate care and services to individuals in need.
